Helping breastfeeding mothers through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education
La Leche League of Davis, California
La Leche league meetings emphasize the joys of breast-feeding while they inform and encourage mothers who wish to nurse their babies. LLL offers mother to mother help in a series of four meetings. LLL services include a lending library, new mother food train, and 24 hour phone help for breast-feeding problems and questions.
Meeting TimesFor more information please check out our blog!
All women interested in breastfeeding are encouraged to attend group meetings regardless of membership status. Babies are always welcome.
The La Leche League of Northern California and Hawaii's website contains more information on what to expect at a group meeting.
La Leche League Leaders are mothers who have breastfed their own babies and received special training and accreditation from La Leche League International. We are available by phone and in person at meetings to provide mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. Since we are also mothers, we cannot always return phone calls immediately. If you don't get a quick response, please consider calling another local Leader.Membership Information
