Helping breastfeeding mothers through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education
La Leche League of Humboldt, California
For more info, visit the LLL of Humboldt website.
When: 10:30 a.m. on the second Friday of each month
Our continuing series of informal discussion meetings is open to all women interested in breastfeeding. You may begin with any meeting, come as often as you like, and ask any questions regardless of that day's topic. Babies and children are also welcome. So that we all can get the most out of our discussion, please attend to your older children. Bringing along quiet activities can be helpful.
As always, feel free to contact a leader via phone or email to answer any breastfeeding related questions or concerns if you are sick when a meeting is scheduled.
The La Leche League of Northern California and Hawaii's website contains more information on what to expect at a group meeting.
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. If you would like breastfeeding help, please contact a La Leche League leader in your community.Membership Information
