La Leche League is an international, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
Membership in La Leche League International is $40 for one year. Membership fees help to support your local Group and the international organization. The benefits of membership include a one-year subscription to NEW BEGINNINGS magazine.

All breastfeeding mothers and mothers-to-be interested in breastfeeding are welcome to come to our meetings or call one of our Leaders for breastfeeding help or information. Children of all ages are welcome at our meetings.
Meeting Information
LLL of Pleasant Hill/Martinez meets on the third Friday of each month at 10 AM at Walnut Creek Friends Church, 1950 First Avenue, Walnut Creek.
Leader Information
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone or email whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns that cannot wait until the next meeting. Please remember that we are mothers as well as volunteers working from our homes, so plan to time your calls accordingly.
